Good evening Doc, there are some questions I want to ask: 1. I was diagnosed with Lupus and Sjogren Syndrome, diagnosed in January 2020 and until now I am taking hydroxychloroquine with complaints that have not improved, namely joint pain, bone loss, headaches, blurred vision, difficulty thinking , and it’s very hard to sleep. The complaint is actually from lupus or Sjogren’s syndrome? 2. When I was diagnosed with SLE and SS with various complaints, at that time my vitamin D was 8 and after checking my tear level was “zero”, and the vitamin D dose given Vit D3 1000iu was taken 2 a day and Hyaloph eye drops. Is it necessary to check the vit D and tear content at this time? 3. What are the criteria for being given steroids or immunosuppressants, if this afternoon I took part in the Sjogren Syndrome webinar, he said immunosuppressants were given for more severe complaints. Does that mean that in my case I don’t have enough steroids?
