Good afternoon Doctor, I, whose name is Fita Fitria, has autoimmune with SLE and APS from the end of 2017, where I was initially exposed to the aotuimmune when I was pregnant with my second child and it caused my child to miscarry at the age of 6 months, now I am undergoing routine treatment every month currently the drugs consumed by me are myfortic 2×360, HCQ and xarelto 10 mg. What I want to ask: 1. Is it permissible for the xarelto drug to be replaced with Cardioaspirin 1x100mg considering the price of the drug is quite expensive and has been taking xarelto medicine for 2 years? 2. If possible, do I have to have regular blood checks every month? 3. Are there any side effects if I stop the xarelto drug immediately and what are the signs if aspirin does not fit in the body? 4. Can I reduce the dosage for Myfortic to 2×180 or can I stop taking myfortic medicine because I already took HCQ? Thank you
