assalamu’alaikum doc. I want to ask, my mother was diagnosed with systemic sclerosis about 3 years ago, currently consuming methyl pred 4 mg / day in intervals a day. at this time my mother complained of pain in her hand if she didn’t take the medicine, and so I experienced some swelling. what I want to ask: 1. classified as mild, moderate, or severe are the criteria for my mother’s illness? 2. How do I know the status of remission in my mother’s disease (when is it said that systemic sclerosis is experiencing remission)? 3. What monitoring should be done?
